Return policy

If your King's Crate merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Any other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient. Merchandise must be returned to our head office by the recipient; a refund will only be given to the purchaser.

Any alcohol delivered with the merchandise is non refundable.

Be sure to type "CANCEL" in the subject line. You may continue to receive e-mail communications for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. Alcohol delivery

With a license to deliver alcohol, we can customize any crate to give you the ultimate gift. The following restrictions apply

• Liquor may only be delivered to, and accepted by, persons 19 year of age and older.
• Liquor must be delivered the day it is purchased and while the retail store is open or within one hour of the retail store’s closing.

Gifts that include alcohol will only be delivered within the Greater Toronto Area, please call for more specific boundaries.
